Tuscan Pasta Recipe Searching For Tuscan Weight Watcher Recipe?

Searching for Tuscan Weight Watcher recipe? - tuscan pasta recipe

I want a recipe from an old Weight Watchers cookbook, I know that Tuscany is "that here are some ingredients which are:
Fly pasta, tomatoes, turkey sausage, beans, red wine vinegar, and that's all I remember.
My husband has this court, I have no idea what to do with this cookbook. Please help! Thank you in advance:))

Tuscan Turkey Slow Cooker Pasta


1 pound turkey breast, boneless, skinless, cut in 1 "pieces
16 oz canned beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz tomato sauce
29 oz cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes
4 ounces can mushrooms, drained, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
6 oz spaghetti, and whole wheat bread, halved



1 All ingredients except spaghetti in slow cooker. Cover and cook soft for 4 hours or until the vegetables are.
2 Turn the setting on high heat, add the spaghetti and cover. Stir to cook for 10 minutes, cover and pasta until is tender, about 20 minutes.
3 This recipe makes 8 servings, about 1 1 / 2 cup per serving.

Boneless chicken thighs, skinned 1 pound
1 pound chicken or turkey sausage meat
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 (9 ounces) frozen artichoke hearts
1 medium onion, cut into pieces and separated
1 red bell pepper, sliced 1st 5-inch squares
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced 1st 5-inch squares
1 pound cremini mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
1 teaspoon dried thyme tea

Arrival
