Forget about all the stupid things about the white spots. Although it is extremely useful for species that are difficult to sex, Tetras are very simple. Women are much broader anal fin to the stomach, and a remarkable concentration of their pectoral fins on their own. The anal fin is the fin on the fish (just below the tail fin) and the pectoral fin are both are used near the mouth of the fish for the drive. E-mail if you have any questions.

EDIT: The long-finned variety is the same type of fish, only the different genetic (People have different genetics blond brown, long fins short) different genetic fins.

EDIT 3: All the links work, only the last two, and I tell you what I saw of them.

In the last photo, the fish in the middle of a man a fish on the right side is a woman.

In the second to last picture, the fish is on the right, a woman who fish on the left, a male and female fish on the left side of the men is another woman.
