I have 1 teaspoon of cereal to 2 ounces of formula and that helped. My daughter uses Dr. Brown bottles and used to stage 2 nipples and has worked well. and Y-shaped nipple for this bottle, but I think it is much thicker in cereals.

A child suffers from reflux should not have more power in a form that can cause reflux to be worse. Babies with reflux formula should be fewer, but more frequent feeding. My daughter is 3 months and will only eat 4 ounces at a time because if it spits out very much.

Not recommended cutting the nipples. We tried and we could not have the right size. I do not want bottles differ, depending on what you take or deal with an enlarged nipples.
